As many of you know I have sold Thompson
Boatworks to Barry Wagner, of Wagner Boat Works. Barry
has spent the last 25 years, running a world-renowned
business restoring high-end classic and European sport
cars, including Ferrari, Aston Martin and others.
With a partner and a crew of 20, Barry’s
business was built on passion and excellence. He is
an avid sailor and has owned, and restored several
sail boats.
We first met when Barry came to Thompson
Boatworks with an interest in buying a Menger 23 and
as they say, “he liked
it so much, he bought the company.” I am an integral
part of the new company and will be there for your
technical needs. Barry has purchased a 2002 Menger
23 for display that can be seen at the Annapolis Boat
show as well as other events. Stop by to say hello

Our grand opening/open house is scheduled
for Saturday and Sunday, October 13 and 14,
during the 24th annual Oyster Festival,
